Do I need to be a registered freelancer, or a business entity to register with A4ord?
No. To register as a supplier with A4ord, you simply need to offer services to end customers in English, German, or Russian in one of the five countries we currently serve: Germany, Austria, Greece, Spain, or Portugal. Individuals, freelancers, and companies can register on the platform.
I sell products. Can I list them on A4ord?
A4ord is a dedicated marketplace for services only. Unfortunately, product sales are not supported on our platform.
I can't list a fixed price for my services. Can I still register?
Absolutely! You can list a base price along with a note indicating that the final price will be determined after consultation with the customer. In this case, payment will only be processed once the service has been provided.
Do I need to provide my bank details at the registration?
No, if you choose the Post Payment option (offline payments), you will not be asked to provide your banking details.
However, to increase the chance of a successful booking, we recommend activating online payments. You will be asked to provide an IBAN, which is securely stored with a PSD2-compliant regulated payment service provider—Payaut B.V.
What are the free bookings in subscription plans?
To help promote your business, A4ord allows a certain number of free bookings of your services per month, depending on the selected subscription plan. You can use these to offer free services or consultations to your clients.
